Mary and John love their Schumacher Homes custom home

We dreamed of owning our own home. We had saved up enough money for a down payment and started looking for a house to buy. However, we soon realized that the houses in our desired location were not up for sale. We decided to explore other options, including building a house from scratch.

After researching and consulting with numerous home builders we decided to go with Schumacher Homes as their reputation in custom home building is excellent. We had heard nightmare home building horror stories from a few other builders which drove us towards Schumacher Homes.

We found a suitable piece of land and designed our dream home with the help from Schumacher Homes. We worked closely with Schumacher Homes to ensure that every detail of the house was exactly how we wanted it. We were excited to see our dream home take shape as the foundation was poured, walls were framed, and the roof was installed.

During the construction process, there were a few setbacks and surprises. For example, the soil on the property was not suitable for the type of foundation we originally planned, so we had to adjust our plans and budget accordingly. We also discovered that some of the materials we wanted were not readily available in our area, so we had to order them from a different location and wait for them to arrive.

Despite these challenges, we remained determined to see our dream home come to life. We were able to stay within our budget by carefully managing our expenses and making compromises when necessary.

Finally, after months of construction, our dream home was completed. We were thrilled to move in and start our new life together in our Schumacher Homes custom-built home.
