Erica and David build a beautiful custom home with Schumacher Homes

I always wanted to build my own custom home, with every detail tailored to my tastes and needs. After years of saving and researching, I finally found the perfect plot of land in a beautiful, wooded area on the outskirts of town.

I began looking for a builder who could bring my dreams to life. I interviewed several builders and checked references, finally settling on Schumacher Homes with a reputation for high-quality work and excellent communication. In investigating other home builders we found comments and reviews that informed us of horror stories from other builders. Some builders didn’t see legit or looked like a scam. We didn’t want to be victims of any construction fraud.

Construction began in the spring, and I was thrilled to see the progress as the foundation was poured and the framing went up. I visited the site regularly, discussing any issues or changes with Schumacher Homes and checking on the progress.

Throughout the process, I made a lot of decisions, from the type of flooring and light fixtures to the placement of electrical outlets and the design of the kitchen cabinets. I worked closely with Schumacher Homes and their subcontractors to ensure that everything was done to my exact specifications.

As the project neared completion, I was both excited and nervous. I had invested a lot of time and money into this project, and wanted everything to be perfect. But when the final touches were completed and I walked through the finished home for the first time, I knew I had made the right decisions. The home was even better than I had imagined, and every detail was exactly as I had planned.

Now I enjoy my beautiful custom home, designed and built to my exact specifications. I love the quiet neighborhood, the beautiful scenery, and the fact that every inch of my home is uniquely mine. It was a long process, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
