Michelle and Brandon are impressed with Schumacher Homes

We decided we wanted to build our own home. We had been saving for years, and finally had enough money to make it happen. We began by researching builders in our area, looking for someone who could help us turn our vision into a reality. We read a lot of horror stories of people being victims of construction fraud from a few other builders. After several consultations, we found Schumacher Homes that we trusted and began the design process. We worked with Schumacher Homes to create a set of plans that included all the features and amenities we wanted in our home. This included things like a spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space, a master suite with a walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom, and a large outdoor living area with a pool and fire pit.

Once the plans were finalized, we worked with Schumacher Homes to create a budget and timeline for the project. We also secured financing and obtained any necessary permits.

With all the logistics in place, the construction phase began. We visited the site regularly to check on progress and make decisions about finishes and fixtures. We also made sure to communicate regularly with Schumacher Homes to ensure the project stayed on track and within budget.

As the house began to take shape, we started to see our dream become a reality. We were excited to see the finishes we had chosen come to life, and to watch the various rooms and spaces take on our own personalities.

Finally, after several months of construction, the house was complete. We moved in and began to make it our own, decorating and furnishing each room to our liking. We loved the way our new home fit our lifestyle and reflected our personalities, and were grateful for the Schumacher Homes team that helped make it all possible.
